Gatsby Party

 Our friend Tim put together a Gatspy party for his wife Anja. Everyone came dressed in 20's fashion. Tim made an amazing meal with appetizers and dessert.  After dinner we played a game and then watched The Great Gatsby. We all  had a great time!!

Medford 2nd Ward Harvest Carnival

While Lexie and I were helping set up for the carnival Lexie noticed something crawling up the back side of one of the carnival games. She came to me and asked me in a worried voice what it was. I had to look closely to see that it was a baby bat. We all thought it was pretty cool to see a bat, in the shed at the pear farm. the carnival turned out great! I was in charge of the photo booth and got some really fun pictures taken of different families. Everyone had a great time playing games and visiting!

Travis' Big Event Sale

 We have been doing a lot to get the store organized, priced and ready for a big event sale. I painted the back wall in Travis' store and Lee fixed up the side wall. I also helped price and move furniture around. Travis put up banners and signs. It looks great. Hope this sale goes well!!

Honey is a Hen

We found Honey's egg at 2:30 in the nesting box. Not sure when she actually laid it, but I was very excited that she finally did.

Bryson's Sunflower

 On Bryson's last day of Kindergarten he planted a sunflower seed that his teacher gave him. On his first day of the 1st grade Bryson's sunflower bloomed. It was fun to see him take care of his flower and watch his excitement as it grew.

First Day of 8th and 11th Grade

The girls started their first day of school in 2013. Allison is in 8th grade at Hedrick Middle School and Lexie is a Junior at North Medford High. I can't believe how fast they are growing up!

Rafting with the Kings

 Today (Memorial day) we went rafting with the Kings. We had so much fun! It was a great way to end the summer!
