Our Halloween

I am so mad! My camera is lost so I couldn't take pictures of Madison's Birthday today. Madison had a big party. She had eight friends over and it was so much fun! We went to the trunk or treat and then went trick or treating with the Kings in the rich neighborhoods. I had fun being a punk with Travis. We looked so good together in our matching costumes! It didn't feel quite like Halloween without Carrie and Aaron. We all missed having them with us!

Masquerade Party

We had everyone over for a masquerade Party. We all had fun playing The Name Game and FBI Mafia.

Sixflags Discovery Kingdom

Jeremy and his family invited us to go with them to Sixflags Discovery Kingdom in California. We left early Saturday morning so that we could get the when the park opened at 12:00. It's a five hour drive from Medford. These are some pictures of what the weather was like when we left Medford. The weather got worse! The rest of the day the rain was coming down hard. When we got there we met the Kings at the Jelly Belly Factory and took a little tour. It was fun to see how the Jelly Belly's were made. After our tour it was still raining so we went and checked into our hotel and after having lunch the rain had stopped and there was blue sky. We all headed for the park only to find that it was closed because of the rain. We then decided to go to this fun play center that Jeremy used to go to when he was a kid. The kids had fun on the big indoor playground and we all had fun playing in the balls. On Saturday we went to Sixflags and had so much fun! The weather was so nice and we all had fun going on rides and seeing the animal shows. When it got late we drove two and a half hours to Jeremy's parent's house to spend the night. Jeremy's parents are so nice! They really made us feel at home. His Mom even made six cakes for everyone who was having a birthday this month including my kids. We went to their church and had turkey dinner ( my favorite meal!) and celebrated all the birthdays. We all had so much fun and plan to do this again with the Kings next year.

Braces

Allison went to Dr. West's today and got braces. They started putting her bottom braces on and were told by the doctor to take them off. Allison has a defect that made her gums reseed on her bottom front tooth so her whole root is showing. They will not put her braces on the bottoms until she has gone to a specialist and had surgery to fix it. She has had so much work done to her mouth and still has more to be done. Allison has been very good at doing what she is told and she knows that she will have beautiful teeth when she is all done.

Fun In The Hot Tub

All of my kids just love playing in the hot tub! With the kids always in our hot tub it made the water very cloudy. Travis installed this new pump that releases a special chemical three times through out the day. Our water has been crystal clear and it stays that way no matter how many bodies are in it during the day.

Our little Lion

I found the best costume for Bryson. I was looking through my Halloween stuff and found Ethan's old lion costume and it fits Bryson perfect. The is the best costume for him because he look so darn cute in it and he is always growling.

Lexie's New Friends

Lexie's friends Jack and Carly came over today. They are Lexie's new friends from school and are both in Lexie's class. I still have a hard time believing that Lexie is in the fifth grade. I feel so old! It seems like yesterday when she was just a little girl with chubby cheeks and a funny little personality.
