Our Poor Bryson

Bryson went to give Benji loves today and Benji got made and bit Bryson's eye. It looked like he bit right through Bryson's eyelid and his tears were bloody. I was worried that Benji damaged Bryson's eye, so I took him to the Immediate Care Center. They took us right into their procedure room and numbed up his eye. They cleaned his eye and told me that the bite didn't go through his eyelid, but he's going to have a pretty bad black eye.

Fun With Chalk

We didn't really do much during spring break. Our week was spent playing basketball and drawing picture with sidewalk chalk.

Bryson had fun drawing his mom flowers.

Madison's pretty art work.

Just a Little Froggy

Our swimming pool has a family of frogs living in it.Tonight the kids went out and were determined to catch one and they did.
Ethan and Madison were my only kids who dared to hold the frog. He got away a few times and was hopping around in my house but the kids caught him and now he's back with his family. Has anyone had frogs living in their pool? I don't know what to do with them when it comes time to clean the pool out.

Blowing Wishes

Mummy Baby

Travis and I went to the temple with the youth last night. While we were gone, Allison was at home watching the kids. When I got home I found Bryson sleeping on his chair with toilet paper wrapped around his head. Allison told me that he and Maddy had been playing rough on the chair, it tipped and Bryson hit his head on the wall. He got a pretty big bump on his head and he wanted Allison to put a band-aid on it.We were out of band-aids so Allison just wrapped his head up with toilet paper. Allison did a great job taking care of the kids while we were gone. I really enjoyed being in the temple with Travis and Lexie! It was so neat watching Travis baptize the youth. I love how I feel when I'm in the temple and hope to go back soon.

Bryson Loves His Mom

I felt so loved the other day when Bryson called me over for some hugs. I gave Bryson a hug and he said "more" I gave him more and then he said "Hug me Mom I'm cold." I held him close with his blanket and he fell asleep in my arms. I'm so glad that my little boy still wants his mom to hold him and give him loves. I hope he never grows out of wanting to be with his mom.

Toothless

Maddy lost all four of her teeth in one week. Our kids don't really have much luck in having nice straight teeth, so she just might be our next child in braces.

Travis Is The Best!

My car was having troubles starting for a whole week. The starter motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Travis called around and found the part we needed for $79 with a life time warranty and replaced it himself. I'm so blessed to have a husband that can do so many things I can't. Thanks Travis for fixing my van!

St. Patricks Day

The kids made this Leprechaun trap hoping to catch a Leprechaun.
Lexie put some of her gold dollars in the pot of gold inside the trap to lure in the Leprechaun.

The kids didn't catch a leprechaun but he left them a bunch of yummy goodies. I made the kids green French Toast for breakfast and they all loved it

Cameron loves to eat and will eat almost anything I give him. He was a little nervous to eat the green meal I made the kids, but he did.

Lexie's Battel With The Rubiks Cube

Lexie finally won her battle with the Rubiks cube. For weeks lexie has been trying to master the Rubiks Cube and was never able to figure it out. Tonight she solved it twice and she is so happy that she can do it. I have never had enough patience to try and solve the Rubkis Cube. I have seen Lexie struggle with it and work on it for days but she never once gave up. Just goes to show you that if you set your mind to do something, work hard, and never give up you will be successful.

Great Job Lexie!

Shopping With Bryson

I took Bryson to the mall with me today and he had a hard time with the headless manikins. He would look at the manikins all confused and say; "They have a tummy, legs and arms." They don't have heads? Oh that's so sad!" I thought it was pretty funny. Poor manikins with tummies and no heads. Bryson is so fun to go shopping with and he is always giving his opinion on what I should buy. When we leave a place Bryson always asks me where we're going next. We love spending time with each other!

The Circus

We decided to surprise the kids and take them to the circus. When we got there, the line to get the tickets stretched all the way to Tara-hoot.
Bryson enjoying some cotton candy while waiting for the circus to start.
Travis bought the boys light sabers they so desperately wanted.
Here is Allison sitting with one of her friends from school.
This was one of our favorite acts. The guy even went walked around on this blindfolded.
Madison enjoying the circus.
Bryson had a great time sliding down this big slide they had up at the circus.
This lady did a cool juggling act with her feet.
Lexie couldn't stop laughing at the poor juggling lady.
Lexie really wanted to get her face painted. She makes a really cute leopard!
Ethan got he face painted like a Joker. Look at that scary little face!
Bryson, Maddy and Allison all got to ride on a elephant.

The kids were very surprised and excited to be at the circus, and we all had a great time together!
