Free Fishing Week at Lake of the Woods

We had a great time fishing today! We started our morning with a free breakfast at Hyatt Lake and the kids painted shirts and got goody bags with fishing gear inside. We then drove up to Lake of the Woods and the kids got pictures with Smokey the Bear and spent the rest of the day fishing. The kids caught two large rainbow trout each. After fishing we had dinner at Lone Star with our good friends the Kings and saw a movie at Tinseltown. We had a fun day!!

Fishing at Apple Gate

We went fishing at Apple Gate lake for memorial day. It was a very cold and rainy day! We were there for six hours and didn't catch any fish, but everyone had a great time. I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the time spent with my family.
