Allison went to Dr. West's today and got braces. They started putting her bottom braces on and were told by the doctor to take them off. Allison has a defect that made her gums reseed on her bottom front tooth so her whole root is showing. They will not put her braces on the bottoms until she has gone to a specialist and had surgery to fix it. She has had so much work done to her mouth and still has more to be done. Allison has been very good at doing what she is told and she knows that she will have beautiful teeth when she is all done.

Allison I think that you are so brave to go through the pain but it sure will be worth it when you have a pretty straight and white smile. I hope you are having fun celebrating your birthday.
