Girls Night At Carrie's

Carrie and I went to the Relief Society broadcast last night and after went to her house for a girls night. I had so much fun visiting with my cousin Traci Spires and got a stomach work out from laughing so hard. Traci left early because she was sleep deprived, and then Anja came and Carrie did a up-do to my hair. I loved how my hair turned out! Then Carrie gave Anja a cute hair cut that actually made her hair look longer. Anja and I straightened Carrie's hair and then went home because it was getting very late and I had church early in the morning so I needed my sleep. I always have so much fun with the girls!

Dressing Up

Madison had to get her Halloween outfit today and this she wanted this rag doll costume. I think she looks so cute in it!

Bryson loves to sniff his blankets. He mostly does it when he is sad or needs to be comforted. I think it is so cute.

What Is It With Boys And Guns?

This Morning I went to drop off Madison at preschool and when I came home, Travis told me to get my camera and take a picture of Bryson. I walked in the family room and found Bryson asleep on the floor holding this little toy gun.

We Found a New Park

Carrie and I went to this park the other day and I thought it would be a fun place to take the kids to play. I went back today with Anja and the kids had so much fun!

New Head Gear!

Allison's went to the Orthodontist today and got this pretty head gear. She will need to wear it every night while she sleeps. Dr. West said she will have to wear it for six months, three if she puts it on two hours before going to bed. Allison will also be getting braces on the ninth of next month. She is excited she told me that she wants to get heart shaped brackets.

New Hair Cut

Bryson got his hair cut by Aunt Carrie last Saturday and I love it! I think it looks so much better.

I had a really hard time trying to take his picture again. I think this picture looks a lot like Ethan.

I went to the store today and got Bryson some new clothes. He is growing so fast that he didn't have anything that fit him. This is one of the outfits I got for him. I love his shirt! If he is anything like Ethan, he will be a Trouble Maker. I had a hard time getting a good picture of him because he was very interested in the leaves that were on the ground. What a little cutie!!!

Lexie's New Friend

Lexie had a new friend from school over yesterday to play. They had lots of fun getting wet on our water slide.

My New Furniture

I sold my sectional on the left because it was very hard to clean. With all my kids I needed something easy to clean so I got this leather set on the right. I took the last picture at night so it looks a little dark.

Fun Times!

I decided that I wanted to take my kids on dates so I can get more quality time with them. Last night I took Allison and Lexie to the mall. Lexie has her first crush on Zack Efron so I bought her a Zack Efron magazine and hairspray locket. Allison is a purse collector so I got her a really girly pink purse and a High School musical Wallet. Then I took them out for ice cream. I had so much fun with them. Tonight I will be taking Ethan and Madison out on a little date. Madison wanted me to curl her hair so she can look pretty for tonight. They are very excited to spend quality time with their Mom!

Madison's First Day at Preschool

Madison had her first day of preschool today. She was very excited to go to her new class and see her teacher Mrs. Horton. Allison had Mrs. Horton for Kindergarten. She is a great teacher and all the kids just love her!

Fun at The Train Park

Today after church our family met Aaron, Carrie, Tim, Anja, and Chase at the train park. It is a fun place to go! The old men who own the trains are so cute, it makes them so happy to see the kids on their trains having fun.

Madison Jill

Here are some pictures of Madison with her new hair cut. She will be turning five on Halloween and is really looking forward to going to preschool this year. What a pretty girl! I can't believe how fast my little Patty Cake is growing.

First Day Of School

Ethan is in 1st, Allison is in 2nd, and Lexie is in 5th Grade. I feel so old! I remember when I was in fifth grade living in Bountiful Utah. That was three years before I met Travis. Scary!

Family Reunion

We went to California for a Skabelund Family Reunion and to pick up Lexie. The weather there was 115. It was so hot we were all melting. It was really nice visiting with everyone and just being able to relax and take a brake from housework. The kids had so much fun swimming and playing with their cousins.
