We finished cutting the holes for our canned lighting tonight. Ethan had lots of fun helping Travis and cleaning the mess.
Inside this vacuum is what came out of the ceiling when they were cutting the holes. 
I took a picture of this hole so you can see the three thick layers they had to cut through.

It looks like you found gold. I wonder what that is. I wonder what else may be hidden in your house? Anything is possible. Thats really nice of your friends to come and help Travis.
