This year for our Skabelund Family Reunion we went to Clovis, New Mexico. We had to drive 4 hours to Portland, fly four hours to Albuquerque, and the drive four hours to Clovis where Travis' brother Hoyt lives. It was a very long trip, but it was worth it! I'm a little bummed I didn't take a whole lot of pictures. We went through the Carlsbad Caverns, we went to Roswell New Mexico and saw the UFO Museum, took a tour through the Peanut Factory, Train Museum, and we got to play at a fun water park in Carlsbad .

This is Hoyt and Carmens chicken coop. They go out every day and collect a dozen or so eggs from their chickens. My kids loved helping collect the eggs.
Travis and Bryson had fun helping Hoyt with yard work.
This was our sweet rental car
Our family was able to go to Texas. We all had one foot in Texas and the other in New Mexico. The kids thought it was pretty cool to be in two states at once.
