Bryson's Favorite Aunt

Bryson just loves his Aunt Carrie! He always gets a big smile on his face when he's with her. Carrie thanks for being so wonderful to my kids. They all love you so much!!

Handmade Ornaments are the Best!

Here are all the cute ornaments my kids made for me at school

When I was taking Ethan's picture I noticed that his front bottom tooth was ready to come out. I told him to get ready for another picture and I pulled it out before he could even think about it. This is Ethan's first time losing his tooth. He is so excited for the Tooth Fairy to come in the morning!

Our Ceiling

We finished cutting the holes for our canned lighting tonight. Ethan had lots of fun helping Travis and cleaning the mess.

Inside this vacuum is what came out of the ceiling when they were cutting the holes.
I took a picture of this hole so you can see the three thick layers they had to cut through.

Tim to the Rescue

Our Electrician told us that we had to tear out the whole ceiling in order to put in can lights. Tim came over and he and Travis figured out how to do it without tearing down my ceiling. I was in the family room while they were cutting the holes in the ceiling and I heard laughing coming from the kitchen. When I went in the kitchen I saw that all of this sandy insulation from my ceiling poured out of the whole Travis was cutting and on to Travis. Thank you Tim for your help!

Polar Express

Our Family went on The Polar Express last night and we had so much fun! We decided that we wanted to crash in on the 2nd wards Christmas party. They had the train set up in the seminary room. We entered the train, sat down, got our tickets punched and then the waiters came in singing and dancing while pouring everyone hot chocolate. After having our hot chocolate we all exited the Polar Express and enjoyed entertainment and refreshments at the North Pole.

Lexie's Concert

We went to the Festival of Trees today to hear Lexie sing. It was fun looking at all the pretty Christmas trees and listening to Lexie's choir class sing Christmas songs. Before leaving the Festival of Tree my kids all got to see Santa Claus. When I took the picture of the kids and Santa my camera was on night mode and the picture turned out dark.

Goodbye Skippy

Yesterday Lexie cleaned out Skippy's cage and Skippy was happy as can be running around in his wheel. Lexie told me that she wanted to give Skippy some carrots because if Hamsters eat carrots they will live longer. This morning she woke up and found Skippy had passed away. Lexie was very sad and she told me on her way to school that she wanted to have a funeral for him. After school Lexie and her friend put Skippy in a little wooden box with a letter that everyone signed saying how much we were going to miss him and we buried him under our berry tree. Then the girls painted a tomb stone for his grave and said their goodbyes.
