Travis and I were able to go on our first rafting trip with the youth in our ward and we had a blast. We had a huge water fight the the whole way down the river. Everyone spent some time in the river including the bishop. We all got sunburned and some of us have a few war wounds, but we all had a great time!

Going Crazy at Walmart
I went shopping at Walmart tonight a decided to pick up some milk. I didn't have a cart and was holding 3 gallons of milk in my hand and some other things I was getting. It was very heavy! I went and stood in line and of course I pick a line that is the slowest moving line ever. The girl in front of me bought a shirt and was arguing about the price to the teller. While I waited there for several price checks (15 min) I noticed the lines around me were cruising and the people in back of me were leaving. I thought I was being patient but soon gave up and went to another line. As soon as I moved to a different line, the line I left started to finally moving. Because I was impatient and couldn't wait another minute, I end up getting stuck in back of a crazy coupon lady and waiting another five minutes while she tries to find her coupons. I can't put my milk down because the lady and her husband were hogging the belt with their stuff. They didn't seem to care that I was having a hard time with the heavy milk and stuff I was carrying. They just chatted away with the nice Walmart lady as Bryson and I tiredly waited. I hate going to Walmart!

Buried In Lego's
I am not a fan of Lego's! Here are just a few reason's why Lego's drive me crazy; Have you ever stepped on Lego's before? If you haven't you're lucky because they really hurt! They are messy, I find Lego's everywhere. When you have as much as we do, they are very hard to move around, clean up, and store.
I find them like crazy in my laundry. This is Annikan and his light saber is buried underneath him.
This picture was taken three years ago. While doing my dishes, I found this little Indian Jones Lego waving at me when I opened the soap dispenser. Let's just say they are everywhere and Travis doesn't stop buying them. Help me!

Gravy Boat
Every Sunday we have our traditional Sunday meal (roast, rolls, potatoes and gravy, and peas) and I have never had a gravy boat. For the last couple years I have looked for one and never found one. While I was in Utah my mom surprised me with this nice gravy boat to use on Sunday. Thanks mom for the gravy boat! I will use it every Sunday and think of you.

Girls Camp
We got home from Utah Monday at 1:30 AM and Lexie had that day to get her stuff together to leave for girls camp the next day at 11:00. We were able to get her all ready just in time to have her go straight from our long trip in Utah to a week of camping at girls camp.
I was able to go up for Bishops night and spend some time with Lexie and the girls at camp. It was a lot of fun!
The girls heard the I make the best smores so they all had me roast their marshmallows to a perfect golden brown. Once the smores were made, I even roasted the whole smore to melt the chocolate so it was one yummy, gooey mess.
My friend Becky was one of the leaders up there from our ward. I'm sure the girls had a lot of fun with her.

$1 French Manicures
I gave myself a manicure today to make my hands look a little more feminine. My nails aren't very long because I seem to beak them a lot when I'm doing house work, but I still want them to look nice. I have always loved the French manicure look. I would always pay a good amount of money to have French manicure acrylic nails, until I figured out how to get this look for only one dollar. Yesterday while I was at the dollar store with the kids, I found a white nail polish pen and was really excited. I just got done giving myself a French manicure and I love it. I still need a little more practice, but I love how pretty it makes my nails look.

My Big Surprise
When I got home from our long trip to Utah, Travis gave me a package to open and to my surprise it was my favorite candy in the world. He had bought me six boxes of old fashion taffy's. Each box holds 25 taffy's so he bought me 150 taffy's. I'm so happy! While I was in Utah I looked everywhere for these taffy's and couldn't find them. My dear sweet husband who loves me so much went on the internet and spent $70 on a bunch of my favorite candy. Thanks Travis for thinking of me and for spending that crazy amount of money on a candy I have been craving. I love you so much!! You are the best!!!
