Hunting For Treasure

Last night our family went hunting for Geocash Boxes. Robby told us about these fun little hunts you can do. People all over the United states hide boxes filled with little treasures and then you use you GPS to follow the coordinates and clues they give you. When you find the treasure you sign the log and then take something from the treasure and then add something of your own. Robby and Travis got all scraped up by blackberry bushes looking for the first treasure, but they had fun doing it. Our family had a great time together and we hope to go out and find more treasures soon!

Your dad told me about it because a guy at his work had been doing this. I think it would be a fun thing to do together. What did you find?

we used to do this all the time with the kids, we even started our own out near Yreka. There are some fun ones in Ashland.

Kinda looks Star Wars. It definitely got Ethan's attention. Building memories...the kids won't forget!
