SeaWorld

These pretty trees with the red flowers on them where everywhere. I thought they were so beautiful!

They had the prettiest plants at SeaWorld.

Our family stopped to feed the Seals. Travis bought a whole bunch of  fish to feed to the seals, because my kids had so much fun feeding them. There was one seal that would shake his head up and down when offered a treat. The kids would ask the seal "Do you want a fish?" and the seal would nod his head saying yes. The seals would also push and fight with other seals around them to get their fish treat. It was pretty funny!

The lady that was selling the fish told everyone not to hold the fish in their hand to long or put them in the air because the Seagulls would eat them. Travis learned his lesson the hard way. Travis went to feed one of the seals and a Seagull came and took the fish right out of his hand. I'm a little upset that this picture is blurry, but if you look closely, you can see the look of pain on Travis' face. This happy seagull flying away from Travis just got his fish treat along with a piece of Travis' finger.

Ethan's Lucky day!

Today Ethan was asked to help the trainer with Shamu. When he was asked Ethan said no because he thought they we going to make him go in the water with Shamu. Travis told Ethan that he wasn't going in the water and after Ethan was happy to help. They moved our family to the reserved seating in the splash zone and Travis bought us all ponchos so that we could stay dry. After watching some of the show one of the trainers got up and said that ever since he was a little boy he has dreamed of being a whale trainer. He then said "I have a friend name Ethan who has a dream to become a salesman like his Dad." When Ethan came up on the Jumbo Tron I can hear the people around us say "Ahh.. He's so cute!"  Ethan even got a kiss from Shamu. Lucky boy!

The Shamu trainer gave Ethan this whale tale necklace and wrote on the back "Ethan anything is possible if you Believe! Shamu trainer Brian I hope that Ethan always remember this day and what Brian said because anything is possible if you believe.
